For you experienced carriers out there, what is the usual plan to get your bodies ready to get pregnant for intended parents?

Eating healthy, cutting back caffeine BEFORE the transfer (makes it easier later), prenatal vitamins, and those last workouts before you have to rest up.

A positive attitude isn't so much a plan for the body, as it is for the mind, but it's important too!
I agree with Heather....a positive attitude is so important.  Other than that, I really didn't change too much from my normal routine although I was a little more cautious of what I was consuming.
Thanks ladies! What about in terms of syncing your cycles up? Did you have to go on birth control pills? Does the intended mother (if she is using her eggs) have to go on birth control as well?
Yes, BCP are used. I'm actually on Nortrel right now. We're doing an FET, and basically, the IPs pick a transfer date, and we work backwards. I'll take the active pills until it's time for hormones, then I will get one last "period", and then it's hormones only until the transfer day.

With my first gestational surrogacy, we did fresh cycles each time, and I'm pretty sure the intended mother had to go on BCP too, but that was mostly for egg retrieval. The GC's cycle is synced to the IM's.
