My web site and making women aware of AS.
My blog is on my web site called
My Ashermans Syndrome Story.
I am so happy to have found this web site. Marni I had the same vision as you and started my web site to bring women together with their stories and to help eachother. I also feel it is so important to make all women aware of AS. I know for myself if I was told I could get AS from my D&C's I would not have done them. With my first miscarriage I was scared of having a D&C so I chose not to and…

How cool would it be to get an interview from the very glamorous Nicole Kidman?! Well last night is the closest I'll ever get to an opportunity.
Nicole has been through it all when it comes to creating a family. She's had miscarriages, when married to Tom Cruise and adopted two children with him. She finally got to carry her own child, Sunday Rose and just recently, she and Keith Urban became parents second time parents to…

Get off the phone!
I am constantly telling this to my DH, (darling husband) as they are known in the internet world. I can think of a lot of D words that are more fitting than "darling". Especially in this case.
I'm doing my normal morning research on infertility on the web and stumble upon an article which states that cellphone use decreases sperm quality. Not only does my DH talk non-stop but when he is driving, but guess where his favorite place is to store his phone in the car? His crotch!…

Did you ever imagine the fertility drug Clomid, or Clomiphene which is used to stimulate ovulation, would actually be used as a performance enhancing drug? Well an Indians minor league player, John Drennen, just got suspended for 50 games since found using the ovulation drug which can stimulate testosterone production in male and thus enhance athletic ability.

We recently chatted with professional organizer and life stylist, Rachel Strisik. She is not only an expert when it comes to staying organized during our busy lives but she is also the mother of identical twin girls born in January of 2008. Cardiff University and the University of Thessaloniki in Greece evaluated 14 different studies with a total of 3,500 women going through fertility treatments and found no link between levels of stress and the success of their fertility outcomes.
This doesn't mean you should stop your yoga or acupuncture. A positive mental state and good health can make it easier to get through these rough times and reduce…

Celebrate Mama...Exclude the Infertile
This was a local event in my town. Lots of mommies and kids browsing booth to booth containing mommy pampering products and ending the street with a live Kidville Maestros performance. Lots of growing bellies as well. I can only imagine what the average "trying to conceiver" would feel like walking down this gated off street in this Parisian-like town. (Yes I said Parisian.)
It made me feel even more like I was on the tight rope balancing on that fine line between being a…
