My hubby and I are in route to my 3rd procedure. I take the anti anxiety drug and 800 milligrams of Advil on the ride to the hospital. I'm anxious but relieved I won't be put under and won't have the hang-over from hell afterwards and happy I didn't have to stop eating the night before even though I couldn't stomach too much today. Some people eat when they are anxious...I pretty much shut down and starve myself.

I had done a lot of research up to this point about choosing what is called an "A-List" doctor to do your Asherman's surgery. It's important for the doctor performing these surgeries to have a lot of experience. Someone who isn't that skilled may either accidentally puncture the uterine wall or even use the wrong methods and create more scarring or damage to the uterus.
