Nicole has been through it all when it comes to creating a family. She's had miscarriages, when married to Tom Cruise and adopted two children with him. She finally got to carry her own child, Sunday Rose and just recently, she and Keith Urban became parents second time parents to…

Food for thought for fertility

Trying for a baby can be, well trying. It can get depressing and become very easy to slack off on a proper diet for both fertility and a healthy life style. Here are a few things to remember when trying to conceive:

  1. Eat more whole grains.
  2. Eat lots of proteins (soy beans, nuts)

Size does matter!

It's not the size of the ship...well when it has to do with male fertility IT IS!

SIZE DOES MATTER!

HealthDay.com reported that men with shorter crotch length and penis length were more infertile than their longer competition. This slight problem, no pun intended, is measured by analyzing the "anogenital distance" of a man. Get ready for this:  "the gap between his scrotum and anus". This measurement is a great, non invasive way of… Continue

Staying organized while trying to conceive

We recently chatted with professional organizer and life stylist, Rachel Strisik. She is not only an expert when it comes to staying organized during our busy lives but she is also the mother of identical twin girls born in January of 2008. We thought it would be great to ask Rachel a few questions about how to stay organized when it comes to dealing with…

No link between stress and IVF success!

Cardiff University and the University of Thessaloniki in Greece evaluated 14 different studies with a total of 3,500 women going through fertility treatments and found no link between levels of stress and the success of their fertility outcomes.

This doesn't mean you should stop your yoga or acupuncture. A positive mental state and good health can make it easier to get through these rough times and reduce…
