My story with Asherman's has ended :(

Well my story has not gone well. At 19 week 5 days my uterus ruptured and I had an emergency hysterectomy and lost the baby. His name was Jordan and he weighed 9.9 oz. We are moving forward from this horrible loss and are doing surrogacy right now. We will be starting the hormones and implantation in January and are trying to get the funds together right now. We are trying to get some of the IVF covered through OHIP as I have no tubes or uterus. OHIP covers three rounds of IVF if your tubes are blocked. I will keep everyone updated with the process of surrogacy. It is a very scary experience for me. Anyone out there who has gone through surrogacy or a hysterectomy from this horrible syndrome, please send me your thoughts. thanks!

Hi Kaitlin,

Firstly, I am so sorry to hear about Jordan and the loss of your uterus and that entire ordeal. I cannot even imagine.

That is great you are moving to surrogacy and sounds like things are moving along quickly for you. Have you found your carrier? I'm very excited for you. Fingers crossed for smooth sailing from hear on out and if you have any questions about the process feel free to contact me on my page.

All the very best for you!

Marni
